Knowing God is the Beginning of Courage
We often find ourselves living in so-called “gaps” between where God wants us to be and where we are, just like the Jordan river that separated the Israelites from the promise land. Many of us, including myself, questions God at times when I’m surrounded by challenges and hardships, wondering the intent of God’s command. However, if we truly know our good Father and he loves you and wants the best for you, we can stride forward.
True Courage Comes From Knowing God’s Instructions.
When we know what God’s instruction is for us, we can begin to understand God’s characteristics. When we understand how faithful our Father is, we can start to trust Him and follow his commands in our daily lives.
